TC1 beat Blaine in a close game
lake Nokomis beat Princeton, (Princeton only had 3 players, stake conference conflicts)
Final 4 game:
Lake Nokomis lead at one point 30-19, then TC 1 slowly coughs up and the lead went back and forth until the end Lake Nokomis. Had to foul and TC1 made their free throws,
TC1 65/lake Nokomis 61
At Crystal:
at half time the score was Elm Creek 32/ Maple Grove 28
With 10 minutes to go Elm Creek went on a run to lead by 20, Maple Grove closed to within 7 points than a series of three pointers and Elm Creek pulled. AwayElm Creek 61/ MG 50
In an upset Plymouth upset #2 Shingle Creek 53-50
Trailing by 10 with 2 minutes to go SC employed a hack a Shaquille strategy fouling away from the ball sending a free thrower to the line, who missed, using that strategy they closed to within 1 with 10 seconds to go, then the play of the game, when the strategy back fired. Plymouth was passing the ball in on the right side, a Shingle Creek player was intentionally fouling a Plymouth player on the left side, the foul was called just as SC intercepted the ball on the right. Plymouth made the two free throws with one second to go. great game.
